the only downside i can think of to liking multiple different "aesthetics" is that they can be a nightmare to balance. sure, it's perfectly cool and healthy to like glossy web design, lolita/ouji, alternative fashion and art more broadly, and delicate, natural things in green, but how the hell can i possibly fuse any of these looks, let alone ALL of them, in an attempt to accurately represent the things i am drawn to? why am i torturing myself (hyperbole) trying to do so???

today, i made another smoothie bowl. it's a berry-banana mix with a little vanilla and chocolate. i normally like savory breakfasts more, but the novelty of "ice cream for breakfast" hasn't worn off yet.

even though i'm excited to go back to school, i will miss preparing tasty food.

a few months ago, i drew a website layout that i had seen in my dream. now that i am (unwisely) deciding to redo the layout of my homepage, i'm wondering if i should recreate it to the best of my ability.
